Adambongo, also known as Adam, is the winner of Survivor: Polynesia and Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains. He also returned to compete on Survivor: All-Stars and Survivor: Clash of the Champions.

Known for his powerful social and strategic gameplay, as well as for his domination in challenges which allowed him to win his first season and return for Survivor: All-Stars, where he was able to make it far once again before being blindsided by an idol.

In Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains, he entered the merge in the minority but through challenge wins, manipulation, and idols, he made it to the end again where he became the first two time winner, cementing his position as one of the greatest players to have ever played on the ORG.

If you could have 3 things on an island what would they be and why?: Ipod, for music and to relax of course. Cards, to play and pass time. And a notebook, to sketch and write down anything I might be feeling to remember when I get off.

Reason for being on Survivor: I love the game. I'm addicted. So, this is the closest thing to getting on an actual island and playing. I love the challenges, the social gameplay, etc. Can't wait for this adventure.

Previous Finishes: I am the Sole Survivor of Polynesia.
Favorite Past Moment: Playing my idol at F5 to void votes, and winning the Final Immunity Challenge to secure place in the finals.
Previous Survivor You Respects Most (Main or ORG): Richard Hatch, Todd Herzog, Robb Cesternino, oh and Brian Corridan! As for the Org, I don't really know many players other than my season.
Previous Survivor You Respects Least (Main or ORG): Players who make excuses. I don't care who you are, if you get out and make an excuse, you shouldn't be respected. You need to adapt to the game around you, and if you go home, you deserve to.
Why Did You Come Back?: To prove I can play with the best of the best! We're all here for a reason, but only one of us can win this season and prove themselves twice! I also just love the challenge, there's nothing more fun than competing in challenges and going at the other tribes. I love the physical aspect of the game.

Favorite Past Moment: Winning Polynesia, playing the idol on myself at F5, and winning the Final Immunity
Challenge all in Polynesia. In All-Stars my favorite moment was playing my idol to force the opposition to send one of their own home.

Personal Claim to Fame: Winning my first season. I was a 21 year old college kid who loved survivor so much, so it was special to come on here and win!
Favorite Past Moment: My favorite personal moment was when I played an idol on an ally, forcing our opposition to either go to rocks or turn on themselves. Also, when Eddie played his idol on me in HvV it turned the game around, and gave me enough of an opening to make a real run at it.
Previous Survivor ORG Player You Respect the Most: Any returnee with a reputation that comes back and does extremely well!
Previous Survivor ORG Player You Respect the Least: People who get too personal. Play the game, and when it's done, it's done.
Why did you come back? It's been 5 years since I've played, I just couldn't pass up all winners. I know the game has evolved, so I'm excited to see if I can handle how quick things move in 2020!
Why are you going to win again? I know ZERO about the last...40 seasons or so. I'd say I'll have the least amount of connections in the game. I know I can't only rely on my own strategy this time, and I'll have to rely on taking more of a back seat to learn the dynamics. The only way I can even think about winning is by aligning with the right people, so we'll see if I'm capable of teaming up with a winning squad.
