AmericanSlang, also known as "Taylor", is a contestant from Survivor: Mutiny Isle and Survivor: Soles Nacientes.

From the start of the game, Taylor made it clear that he was a strong player. Many of his tribemates picked up on this, but he was able to work his way into the majority, giving himself a comfortable ride to the merge. Once there, he proceeded to win the first two individual immunity challenges, causing people to begin to see him as a potential target. This was only made worse by a false rumor that he found the Verlephra idol being spread around. When the tribe was split in half for the Double Tribal Council, he was targeted after losing the immunity challenge. Despite an effort from Emma to save him, he was ultimately voted out after a 2-2-1 tie and a unanimous revote.

Pet Peeves: When you're watching a TV show/movie and the volume in one scene is super loud but super quiet in the next scene so you're constantly adjusting the volume. It's difficult to explain but you know what I mean.

Why did you come back? I had so much fun playing in Mutiny Isle and before I was even voted out, I knew that I wanted to play again. The cast, challenges, and hosts were such an incredibly positive experience that I've been fiending for another chance. Aside from that, Mutiny Isle was only the second org I had played so I'd love to give it another try after playing a couple more!
Why do you think you will be the Sole Survivor this time? I'm resilient, made of stone, and won't give up. You can punch me square in the jaw and I will keep moving forward. I work in an absolute pressure cooker of an environment so I can operate well in any condition. Along with that, I can stay calm in the most chaotic of situations. There is nothing worse than players that get overly paranoid.
