Challenges

Immunity Challenge: Stained Glass

For this challenge, players used a series of clues to correctly color shapes black or white. Players neede to color the shapes outlined in black. The circles outlined in red would NOT be recolored, they were the clues to help solve the puzzle. - If a circle is white in the center, the majority of the shapes it touches are white.

- If a circle is black in the center, the majority of the shapes it touches are black.

- If a circle is gray in the center, it touches an equal amount of white and black shapes. Players needed to edit the shapes black or white.

Exactly half will be white and exactly half will be black.

The Player with the fastest time to get the correct solution would win Immunity.

Story

Day 22

After Dior’s elimination, the news the rest of the cast was waiting for finally came - they officially merged! Seven new players and five returnees made up the twelve-person merged tribe - Killa, named after the Incan goddess of the moon. The tribe was given 24 hours to socialize before the challenge announcement. Within a few minutes of the tribe merging, Arlie made an alliance chat of all the remaining returnees, appropriately named “Returnees”. Some social bonds were renewed as Bliss & Zoey reconnected along with Jack & Felipe. Others were created as Pho found themselves trusting Maple and Arlie more and more. Some didn’t seem to take advantage of the opportunity to meet the returnees as both Grady and Amanda were labeled as inactive and short on conversation. After the socializing time, the challenge was announced - Stained Glass! In this challenge, players had to look at a puzzle with different shapes and solve which colors were for which shapes. The tribe was given 48 hours to complete this challenge to account for the Easter holiday but it still proved difficult for many of them.

Day 23

Gameend chose to abstain, Jack started the challenge but never finished and seven other players submitted wrong results. Those seven were: Aaron, Amanda, Bliss, Felipe, Grady, Maple, and Zoey. That left Arlie, Jayden and Pho. Arlie won their first ever individual immunity challenge, coming a long way from the two-time first boot in Laos & Revival.

Day 24

For Tribal Council, most of the returnees were worried about a potential pagonging by the new players since they hadn't received a lot of positive feedback when it came time for game talk. Maple, in particular, was worried because, unlike Felipe & Zoey, he had no previous connections with the new players and he was vulnerable. His worries were assuaged a bit when an official trio alliance was made between him, his number 1 ally Arlie, and Pho. This alliance was requested by Pho to build trust with the returnee players. Maple also later VC'd a few of the returnees - Aaron & Zoey to compare notes on what information the new players were telling them. They could sense some hints of cracks but hadn't been told a name by anybody yet. The next day, Gameend who hadn't heard a name from anyone, started pushing Maple's name to the former Taquile 1.0 members since he seemed like a target that would get votes with the least resistance. However, most of the Taquile 1.0 players wanted to vote out Gameend for previously asking for their Incan Sun Coins and for trying to place the responsibility of throwing out names onto others, including Amanda. Jack got wind of this plan and actually tried to work with Felipe and the other returnees to target Jayden in a potential 6-5-1 but that was quickly shot down by Zoey who wanted to maintain the new players' trust, especially Bliss, who she had worked with after the first swap. As votes were coming in, the returnees were scared about a possible idol from Gameend since they knew she had asked others for their coins. To counteract this scenario, Aaron, Maple, and Zoey all gave coins to Arlie who was immune, earning them the first Immunity Idol of the season.

At Tribal Council, Gameend was blindsided with a 10-2 vote making her the 11th member of the Fallen. She and Grady were in the minority with their votes going towards Maple. After she was eliminated, Gameend gave her 2 Incan Sun Coins to Grady and had the power to save someone from a future twist. She chose Grady, Jack, and Aaron in that order.
