Immunity Challenge: Evil 2048

In this immunity challenge players would play the app game Evil 2048. The player with the highest score would win immunity.

Story

Day 23

After Gameend’s elimination, Grady felt very nervous about his position in the game. He was the only one who voted in the minority and he just lost his number 1 ally. As everyone else was looking at Grady as the next easy target, the new challenge was announced - Evil 2048! In this challenge, the classic 2048 game was changed to make it harder to score points. Bliss felt very confident since she played this game often, leading her to submit a incomplete score, leaving points on the table. Grady felt nervous and went to work grinding to get the highest score.

Day 24

As the challenge results were revealed, Grady’s score of 13,156 beat out the next highest score - Bliss’s submission of 8,800. This kept Grady immune and guaranteed a 1 in 10 shot at winning Survivor: Soles Nacientes!

Since everyone’s ideal target was now immune, the tribe started scrambling by connecting on VC within different alliances. The trio alliance of Bliss, Pho, and Jayden VC’d about a possible vote. They wanted to target Arlie after Arlie had performed well in challenges and shared an apparent close bond with Maple. This plan was good with Amanda, who wanted Arlie out for similar reasons & Grady who wanted to target returnees since the merge started. Trusting Zoey after she worked with her on Taquile 2.0, Bliss talked to Zoey about the vote who both in turn, informed Aaron, Felipe, and Jack. Bliss wanted to further entrench herself with allies so she made a trio alliance with Grady and Jack, effectively replacing Gameend in a similar alliance. While Zoey & Felipe were deciding on if they wanted to eliminate Arlie after they gave him coins to make an idol, Aaron went to the returnee alliance chat and told Arlie about the plan to blindside him. Feeling nervous after hearing that, Arlie decided to play the idol he got last Tribal after his fellow returnees gave him coins to make the idol. The returnees were then deciding on a target and settled on Jayden, who had apparently looked to target other returnees besides Arlie & hadn’t been very forthcoming with game information to them. Believing that Jayden was safe and Arlie was gone, Amanda made an alliance with her Iñakuyo 1.0 tribemates, Jayden & Pho. Going into Tribal Council, the returnees hatched a plan to fool the new players by intentionally voting for Arlie and then let Arlie & Maple idol out Jayden. To prepare for the backlash she would receive, Zoey made an alliance with Felipe, and Bliss & Pho; players she knew would lose an ally in Jayden, ready to scoop them up as numbers. However, Felipe changed his vote to Jayden after he heard that he was one of the returnees that Jayden was targeting.

As the votes were revealed, Arlie negated 8 votes - all 6 new players along with Zoey & Aaron. The 3 remaining votes all fell on Jayden making him the 12th player eliminated from Survivor: Soles Nacientes and the Final Member of the Fallen. After his elimination, Jayden gave his single coin to Pho, giving Pho 5 overall and chose to protect the following players in order from the dangers of the future: Pho, Bliss, Jack, and Amanda.
