Arkansas State University Beebe offered its first online course in 1999. Since then, the virtual classroom program has been expanding with more classes and degree programs offered virtually. ASUB Online is the portal for all that school has to offer the distance learner, including overview, screener survey and answers to many common questions. Degrees available online are associates of arts in liberal arts, liberal arts and sciences, associates of science in business, and associate of general studies. Arkansas State University also offers an online certificate of general studies as well. Online support, hosted by Bbhelpdesk, is available, as well as an online community of peers and mentors to guide along the way. Online students also have access to the support services available to residential students including counseling, transfer services and career counseling.
