Education

Technology plays an important part in our everyday world. The Collins C.o.B. recognizes this and integrates technology into their business programs in many ways. Students are able to use the latest business software programs in three modern computer labs with multimedia classrooms that are utilized for presentations, projects, and team meetings. Internships, community service, and business projects are also integrated into the curriculum giving students a well-rounded educational experience.

A Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration is available and includes majors in Accounting, Computer Information Systems, Energy Management, Economics, Finance, International Business and Language, Management, or Marketing. In addition to the core degree program, students are also highly encouraged to participate in study abroad programs or international business internships hosted by companies across the globe. Collins’ Full-Time Master’s of Business Administration is unique because its program integrates real-world concepts through partnerships with local businesses. Classes are taken in a cohort style of four to five members that rotate each semester. Students finish their degree with a capstone project and professional development that sets them up for success after graduation.

Student Life

The city of Tulsa has more than 900,000 residents and has plenty of entertainment such as zoos, professional sports teams, hike and bike trails, a water park, local lakes, and seasonal festivals. The festivals are as unique as the town itself. A few of the community-wide get-togethers include Mayfest, Oktoberfest, Greek Festival, HopJam, and Winterfest. Music is an important part of the town’s culture. Because of this, there are many unique venues for concerts and events. On-campus there are many dining and living options that make a living and learning more convenient. Student organizations are an excellent way to make friends and learn something new. A few of the University’s student organizations are Society for Global Professionals, Ballroom Dancing Clubs, Tabletop Gaming, and Students for Sustainability. There are also many intramural sports to choose from, such as basketball, softball, pickleball, and dodgeball.
