Challenges

Immunity Challenge: Peruvian + Bolivian Trivia

In this immunity challenge players would have to answer 10 trivia questions about the two countries that bordered Lake Titicaca, Peru and Bolivia. The two players with the most correct answers and fastest times would win immunity.

Story

Day 23

After Arlie's idol play and Jayden's elimination, the remaining new players: Amanda, Bliss, Grady, Jack, and Pho were trying to figure out what happened. All 5 of them expected Arlie & Maple to vote together as they were intentionally left out of the previous vote, but nobody expected Felipe to vote with those two. This tipped off Pho, who believed that some of the returnees knew more than they were revealing. As the new players were scrambling, the next challenge - Peruvian + Bolivian Trivia was announced! In this challenge, each member of the Killa tribe had to answer 10 trivia questions about the two countries that bordered Lake Titicaca.

However, in this challenge, the top 2 finishers would earn immunity and this upcoming Tribal Council would be a Back-to-Back Double Tribal Council, eliminating two players total. This caused the players more pressure and anxiety. Amanda in particular wanted to win this challenge to avoid 9th place as she had done so in previous ORGs. Arlie also felt similar pressure as he wanted to finally beat the 10th place placement he earned in Survivor: Laos as Main ORG's first-ever boot. Both worried about this double elimination being the end of their time in Survivor: Soles Nacientes.

Day 24

As the challenge was underway, Arlie, Amanda, and Zoey completed the challenge but forgot to submit a finish bot command which would've given them a valid submission. Bliss, Grady, and Pho scored 8 out of 10 points but each missed out on 2 questions. Aaron, Felipe, and Maple all got 9 out of 10 correct but Maple was the fastest of the bunch, earning him 2nd place and immunity for both Tribals. Jack was the only castaway to get 10 out of 10 correct, earned immunity, and a guaranteed spot in the Final 8. As the castaways were either celebrating or groaning about their placements, the Future of the Fallen twist was reintroduced with its' final stage! Before they were respectively released to the Viewing Lounge and given any viewing permissions from their sequester, Gameend & Jayden were each given a chance to save someone from the dangers of the Future, meaning this twist. Gameend chose to save Grady and Jayden chose to save Pho. That meant that Grady, Jack, Maple, and Pho were all moving on and each had a 1 in 8 chance of winning Survivor: Soles Nacientes.

The rest of the cast was not expecting this twist and started panicking about the fewer options for targets they now all suddenly had. Multiple alliances started discussing potential plans. The trio alliance of Aaron, Felipe, and Zoey were discussing possible boots with each other while also working with the other returnees Arlie & Maple. Between them, they had their 5 votes along with Aaron's Cheater's Curse which operated as a Vote Blocker & Felipe's Coyote Chaos which operated as a Steal-A-Vote at this point in the game, had enough firepower to eliminate the only two vulnerable new players - Bliss & Amanda. However, with Felipe's vote for Jayden in the previous round, Pho had caught on that Arlie knew they were receiving votes last Tribal which led to the correct idol play. Pho requested an alliance chat with Amanda, Arlie, Bliss, Maple, and themselves using this information to gain the favor of the two returnees. Now that Arlie & Maple knew the other three returnees - Aaron, Felipe, and Zoey were all playing the middle, they felt as if it was a good time to strike with the help of the new players. As she was receiving this information from this new alliance, Bliss went back to the trio alliance she made in the last episode with Grady & Jack to compare notes and make sure they were all on the same page. Bliss learned that the returnees had initially planned to target her first and Amanda second in the Double Tribal Council order through this new partnership, but switched it up after learning about Amanda's recent history with 9th place. Since Bliss knew she could prepare for the second of the two Tribals, she worked with Jack and Grady to combine their 8 coins in the last episode and Grady chose to hang onto the coins instead of converting them into an idol. Bliss got Grady to transfer the coins back and converted them into an idol for herself to play it if she needed to.

As Tribal Council loomed, Jack made an alliance chat with the aforementioned trio alliance and Amanda to guarantee they were on the same page. The four then shared information about the advantages that were supposedly in the returnees' hands and confirmed the plan of targeting Felipe at the first Tribal Council, and Aaron at the second. This left the decision in the hands of Arlie & Maple. At the first Tribal Council, Felipe played his Coyote Chaos advantage, stealing Amanda's vote and submitting a second parchment with her name on it. However, it wasn't enough as both Arlie & Maple turned on Felipe with their votes deciding his fate in a 6-4 vote. After Felipe was eliminated, Aaron knew he was in trouble but played his Cheater's Curse advantage anyways to block Bliss' vote. Zoey, who had grown close to Bliss during their time together on Taquile 2.0, chose to vote for Amanda again instead of Bliss. This didn't affect this vote as Aaron was eliminated by a count of 5-2-1, matching his original placement of 9th from his first season. After they were eliminated, Felipe gave his coin to Pho and Aaron gave his coin to Zoey.
