Survivor: Egypt is the fourth season of the Survivor Wiki's Online Reality Game (ORG), Survivor: Wikia!
The first non-returnee season since Laos, Egypt was the first season to have a tribe with an extensive string of challenge losses. Along with that, this season featured the first Mutiny, with one person taking the offer. Despite yet another incident of sockpuppetry, Egypt has remained one of the most acclaimed seasons due to the cast, twists, and overall charm.

Twists
- Hidden Immunity Idols: Each tribe has a Hidden Immunity Idol, all of which are good until there are only five contestants remaining.
- The Pyramid: After every Tribal Council, the contestant who receives the second highest amount of votes enters 'The Pyramid' where they receive a small yet effective reward to help them advance in the game. If the votes are tied at second, no contestants enter The Pyramid. If the votes are for some reason 1-1-0 with a tie-breaker, the person with '0' votes is sent to the Pyramid. This twist is only in play before the merge.
- Mutiny: On Day 13, a mutiny is offered as part of a twist. Only one person can mutiny from each tribe, but that person receives immunity for the vote. If one or both tribes don't get a mutineer, the tribe(s) without a mutineer compete for individual immunity.
- Double Trouble: On Day 31, two tribal councils are held, voting off two castaways. The winner of the most recent immunity challenge (In this case, "Lance") is immune for both votes.
Changes
- There are no returnees in this season.
- Cross-tribal idol handing will be banned following it controversially being allowed in the previous season.

- Moderator SurvivorHuey makes his first contestant appearance in this season.
- This season started while Survivor: Cuba was still running.
- This is the first season to have the Final Five from the same tribe.
- This season was scheduled to have 10 jury members, but Survivor Lance was removed from the jury due to being a sockpuppet of Chris7toppei.
- Egypt is the first season where everyone who was eliminated was voted out normally.
- Egypt is currently the season with the fewest reward challenges.
- Egypt is the first season to have a tie for runner-up in the Final Three. This would be followed by Survivor: Polynesia, Survivor: Sardinia, and Survivor: Similan Islands.
- Of the four tied pairs, Egypt and Survivor: Similan Islands are the only ones where both runners-up were of the same gender.
